1. Free Cancellation: If a trip is cancelled 24 hours or more before the tour begins, clients are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost. It is recommended that clients notify us immediately once the unforeseen circumstances arise to allow us to facilitate the process effectively.
2. Late Cancellation: For cancellations made within a 23-hour window or less prior to the tour, we reserve the right not to process a refund. This is due to the costs incurred in advance for the purchase of supplies and other logistical arrangements for the tour.
3. No Shows: If a client does not show up for the tour without prior notice, they will not be entitled to a refund or reschedule. It is essential for clients to keep an open line of communication with our team in the event of any changes.
4. Weather-related Issues: In case of cancellations due to bad weather, we will reschedule the tour or issue a full refund. The decision to cancel due to weather conditions will be made by our team, based on safety assessments.
